Senator Duncan moved that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 58(FIN)                        
am(efd fld) "An Act relating to the budget reserve fund established            
under art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska" have an           
additional referral to the Judiciary Committee.                                
                                                                               
Senator Pearce objected.
